At Well-in Vogue, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and stress-free. Please review our full return and refund policy below.

We want you to love your purchase — and if it’s not right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If you use our prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us first — we’ll cover return shipping in those cases

🚫 Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees

💳 Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🧳 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue quickly:

Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability. We will provide a prepaid return label in these cases.

💻 Online Returns via Shopify

Returns are processed through our self-serve Return Center.

How it works:

  1. Visit our Return Center

  2. Log in using your email

  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox

  4. Select the order and items you want to return

  5. Choose a return reason and add a note (optional)

  6. Click Request Return

If approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). Refunds are issued after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

🔒 You can only request returns for fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or item:

  • Submit a return for the original item

  • Place a new order for the replacement item

Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend placing your new order promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if opened or worn:

  • Underwear

  • Shapewear

  • Bodysuits

Please try these items on carefully and keep tags and packaging intact until you're sure of the fit.
