Yes. Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. The tax shown at checkout is an estimate. Final tax amounts may vary slightly depending on your location. We are committed to transparency and compliance with all local tax regulations.

Placing a pre-order reserves your item before its official release. Pre-ordered items typically ship within 4 weeks. You’ll receive tracking details once your item ships. Thank you for your patience—we’re excited to deliver something worth the wait!

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. To track your order: Check your shipment confirmation email. Log in to your Well‑in Vogue account to monitor your order status. Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or contact us at 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com and we’ll help you out!
Orders may be canceled if our system flags them as high-risk for fraud. If this happens: Contact your bank to confirm the payment method. Then email us to verify your order details. Any charges from canceled orders will be fully refunded after review.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly help update or cancel it. Please email us ASAP at 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com. Once your order is dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, it will be handed off to the carrier the next business morning. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. In rare cases, tracking may not update or may show as "Delivered" before the item actually arrives. If this happens, please contact us at 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com and we’ll assist you right away.
We offer: Free U.S. shipping on orders over $65.00 Standard shipping for all orders Express options coming soon (contact us for special requests) Shipping carriers may include: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other reliable services. Please note: While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, exact shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or holidays.
Most orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center, arriving within 3–7 business days. Some products may ship from our partner factories or warehouses, which may take 7–14 business days for delivery. This allows us to offer a broader product selection without compromising on quality or service. We work closely with trusted manufacturers and logistics partners to ensure you receive top-quality items as quickly as possible.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada when your order total is $65.00 or more. For orders under $65.00, shipping fees apply based on destination: Destination Shipping Fee (USD) United States Fees are calculated at checkout. Canada $9.99 Please note: Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Duties or taxes may apply to international shipments based on local regulations.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder to make sure you don’t miss it. You can also log in to your Well‑in Vogue account to monitor your order status. Most U.S. and Canada orders arrive within 6–10 business days after shipping. Processing takes 2–4 business days before shipment. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us for help.
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
If your package hasn’t arrived or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team: 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
Once your order enters processing, it generally cannot be modified. If your order has shipped and you need to change the address, please contact the carrier directly. Changes may delay delivery and could incur additional fees payable by you.

How to personalize your shapewear size based on your preferences and body shape: Comfort-focused? Size up if you’re between sizes. Maximize shaping? Size down if you’re between sizes. Mixed proportions? Base your choice on your waist/hip measurements and use adjustable features like hems or hooks. Keep in mind: The fabric will gently mold to your body over time, so prioritize your preferred fit—whether snug or comfortable. Still unsure? With your elbows relaxed by your sides, wrap the measuring tape across your back and under your arms, positioning it around the fullest part of your bust. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and note the measurement. If someone else is measuring you, keep your arms relaxed and straight at your sides while they take the measurement.
Some of our bras are designed without padding to provide natural support using specialized fabrics and construction. These styles offer a lightweight, comfortable, and natural look—perfect for everyday wear, casual activities, and light exercise.
We clearly indicate in the product description if a bra is unpadded. You can also check product images for details before purchasing.

Exchange & Return

We want you to love every Well‑in Vogue piece! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of order. To protect the health and hygiene of all our customers, please wear underwear or bottoms when trying on items. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if: The item has not been worn or washed All original tags are intact The item is in its original packaging The purchase was made within the last 60 days Please note: Free gifts, bras & underwear, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items worn outside Washed items Items missing labels or original packaging Items older than 30days We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing excellent after-sales service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Exceptions: If we sent you the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com. We will waive your return shipping fee and send you a replacement free of charge.
When sending your return, please provide the tracking number in your return request so we can process your refund. Once your return is accepted, we’ll refund the original payment method and notify you by email. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment platform. Please note: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Free exchanges and returns are not offered for international shipments.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of order.
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please email a photo of the item and your order number to 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com, and we’ll help you with a resolution. Damaged items reported after 60 days cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If your original card/account is closed, please consult your bank for next steps. If you need further help, contact us at 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com.

At checkout, you’ll see a box labeled “Discount Code” or “Promo Code.” Enter your code there and click Apply. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

🎁 GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can only be reloaded if the original order was processed using Shopify Payments. If not, we will issue a new gift card with the refund amount

The refund will go back to the original gift card balance first. If additional payment methods were used, refunds will be split accordingly.

Yes. If a customer loses their gift card, we can resend it to the original email address with the updated balance.

Enter your gift card code at checkout. The balance will be automatically applied to your order total.
