Q: 🔄 What is Well‑in Vogue’s return policy?

We want you to love every Well‑in Vogue piece!

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of order.

To protect the health and hygiene of all our customers, please wear underwear or bottoms when trying on items.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

The item has not been worn or washed

All original tags are intact

The item is in its original packaging

The purchase was made within the last 60 days

Please note: Free gifts, bras & underwear, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items worn outside

Washed items

Items missing labels or original packaging

Items older than 30days

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing excellent after-sales service.

Q:đź’¸ Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Exceptions:
If we sent you the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately at đź“§ hello@wellinvogue.com. We will waive your return shipping fee and send you a replacement free of charge.

Q:đź’° How do I get a refund?

When sending your return, please provide the tracking number in your return request so we can process your refund.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll refund the original payment method and notify you by email.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment platform.

Please note:

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free exchanges and returns are not offered for international shipments.

Q:⏳ How long do I have to request a refund?

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of order.

Q:đź›  What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged.

Please email a photo of the item and your order number to 📧 hello@wellinvogue.com, and we’ll help you with a resolution.

Damaged items reported after 60 days cannot be returned or refunded.

Q:đź’ł What if I closed or lost my bank card?

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

If your original card/account is closed, please consult your bank for next steps.
